So, my local store is having a bunch of sales, and I have no knowledge with determining which Heatsink is good or not. I listed all of the Heatsinks that had a significant amount of sales. If anyone could help me decide which one of these I should get, that would be a real help.

Yeah, I'm overclocking.

I just listed the ones on sale since I assumed it'd be the best choices, but if you don't mind looking through, there's a list of all the CPU Heatsinks over here. I'd prefer to spend under $50, though.

The Zalman CNPS12X is too much over my budget. The prices are pretty strict, so unfortunately I cannot make any price adjustments.

I have no knowledge regarding Water Coolers and to be honest, so I feel uncomfortable with the Antec Kuhler. What are the pros and cons of having a Water Cooler?

Anyways, I think I might just get the Zalman CNPS9900NT CPU Cooler. How much will I be able to overclock with the Zalman compared to the Antec Kuler?

The Antec water cooler should be looked at as just another heatsink because you do nothing to it and there is no maintenence , it's a closed loop and you would install it the same as you would a fan/heatsink. Four screws over the cpu with a bracket and then mount the radiator with the fan at the rear fan position and that's it.
The benefit of having the water cooler is that the circulating water will absorb more of the heat and it will be dissapated in the radiator and the fan will blow the heated air out the rear fan hole.
With a conventional heatsink the fan is blowing through the fins of the heatsink and some of the heated air is going iside the case and some will go to the outside with the rear fan blowing out.
The water block will do a better job with overclocking and will take away more heat then the regular heatsink. So you will be able to overclock to a higher speed woth the water cooler. You most likely won't be able to get over 4.3ghz -4.5ghz with the Zalman.

Oh, is that right?

I knew that Water Coolers were better, but I figured they also take up much more space and constant work. If what you say is true though, I don't think there's really much of an argument, Antec wins.

How much will I be able to overclock with the Antec Kuler?

Anyways, thank you for convincing me, as well as for all the help. =]

The amount that you will be able to overclock your cpu will depend on the cpu and your ability to overclock , I really can't say what you can get to for the top speed but I will say that it will be more than you can with air. You will have to take it slow and easy taking your time and you will be rewarded with a good stable overclock and the Antec Kuler will help with the heat.
