Rubber grommits or screws?

I want to mount 2 fans at the top of my case and am unsure which would be the best because i really dont want 2 fans falling onto motherboard/graphics card. Any suggestions?

I'd go for rubber fan mounts. Good quality ones, they'll absorb the vibrations and keep the rig pretty silent and vibration free..... The fans aren't going to fall onto anything if you fix them correctly and securely enough.
