Ram recommendations!

i'm still looking for specific types of memory to get!
i currently have:

intel e7400 2.8 core 2 duo
asus p5q se plus
evga gtx 260 core 216
ocz mod stream 520watt
windows xp 32 bit
windows 7 32 bit

i'm looking for the fastest/stablest kind of memory to get.
i'm leaning towards 4gb of DDR2 800 or DDR2 1066. i want 4 gb's so i can maximize it to 3.2gb instead of just 3.0gb
my system will be on for extreme amounts of time, with downloading, music, streaming, tv tuner, and some gaming too.

i dont plan to overclock at all or anytime soon, if anything i'll be overclocking the processor to 3.0/3.2.

which one/what kind should i get??!??

Going to a 64-bit flavor of Win 7 would let you use more than the 3.2GB limitation of a 32-bit OS.

Using the 800 vs. 1066 (in your situation) will provide a very stable platform per your description (especially since OCing is not in the plan).
