I was wondering if the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Gaming Cooling Fan on a ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Intel Z77 Chipset would give enough clearance for the ram. The ram I intend to use is the 8GB (4GBx2) Kingston HyperX and it says on Kingston's site it is 133.35mm X 30mm ( http://media.kingston.com/pdfs/HyperX_Genesis_US.pdf ).

I've heard that the Vengeance LP will work and Corsair says their Vengeance LP model is 32 mm tall ( http://www.corsair.com/en/support/faq/ ). So will the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Gaming Cooling Fan give enough clearance for 8gbs of Kingston HyperX? Thank you guys in advance.

Yeah, that kit will work just fine, but since you're only using a 2x4GB kit, RAM clearance shouldn't even really be an issue. I have a Ripjaws X 2x4GB kit (very tall) and I have no problems with clearance with my 212 Evo because Asus boards want the RAM in the 2nd (A2) and fourth (B2) slots when there are only two modules in use. Because the first slot is unoccupied, clearance isn't an issue.
