I currently just switched my monitors on my Windows 7 64 Bit system. Previously, I had a 21.5" LCD that i ran BF2 in at 800x600 @ 75 Hz. I recently switched to a CRT I had that supports higher Hertz for refresh rates.. I plugged the CRT in and other games I play such as CS:S work fine, but when I start up BF2 the game starts to a black screen for a few seconds, then goes back to desktop doing nothing afterwords.. I ran the game under Windows 95 Compatibility but i cant play online due to Punkbuster abnormality kicks.. Anyone have a fix?

21.5" at 800x600?? Holy crap. I've never played BF2, it doesn't support wide screen resolutions?

What's the res on the CRT?

BF2 supports 4:3, 3:2, 5:4, 16:10 (8:5), & 16:9 to my knowledge.
