Will you install only 2GB (2 x 1GB)? I suggest one of these G.Skill of DDR2-800 kits:

4GB (2 x 2GB)
F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B
F2-6400CL4D-4GBHK

2GB (2 x 1GB)
F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK
F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ (a bit slower)

Hi, Thanks for the info. I've decided to go with 6400 memory and would like to stay under 2.0v with 4-4-4-12. Any opinion on Crucial Ballistic memory? Thanks...Greg

What part number? I know the G.Skill 4GB kits meet your requirements. They work at 1.9V and 4-4-4-12 timings with 4 modules installed.

Crucial:

2GB kit (1GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400
BL2KIT12864AA80A

4GB kit (2GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400
BL2KIT25664AA80A

Thanks

2 modules will probably work at 2.0V, but 4 modules might require 2.1V. I would get those only if they are significantly less expensive than the G.Skill.
