Hello,

I currently have 4GB DDR2 Kingston Memory running at 800MHz in my computer. My motherboard is XFX nForce 750i SLi Motherboard.

I am planning on upgrading my memory DDR2 800MHz to DDR2 1066MHz , so i want to know if this type of RAM is compatible with this mobo, if yes, then could also plz recommend which memory i should buy?

Note that i want dual channel 4GB memory at the very least.

rest of my system:
CPU: Q6600 @2.4 GHz (Stock)
Mobo: XFX nForce 750i SLi Motherboard
GPU: XFX GTX 260 Core 216
PSU: OCZ ModXtreme Pro 700Watt
RAM: Kingston DDR2 800MHz 4GB (2X2GB)

thanks for all the help~!

IMO... There is no need to upgrade from 800MHz to 1066MHz. You will see little or no difference with your system, outside of the lost / decrease in your wallet. I would stick with the 800MHz and use the $100 to upgrade another component... Example: a newer hard drive, a low capacity SSD, etc...
