What graphics card? - Please help!

I have an old monitor with a resolution of 1152 x 864. No, I will not get rid of it I want to play CoD Black Ops 2 at max settings at this resolution. I need no less than 46 frames per second ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_rate [read the bottom of the first paragraph in Background ) Can you recommend me a graphics card? It would help tremendously

$89.99 after rebate. This might work for you and your budget which seems to be low based on your build list , you also didn't mention what the budget for the card would be so this is just a guess at this point and you will have to be the judge of the price.

Not knowing what games you intend on playing besides CoD Black Opps 2 and the requirements that you have wanting to have 46 fps , I figured that this card will do that with a variety of games. So if you feel that the card is overkill and too expensive then you can consider this one.
