First time poster and would like some input to this build. My budget is fairly low, very much trying to keep it below 1400. I gleaned most of this build off posts on this forum. Before I actually order it I want to take a quick check with you the experts.

Skip the Arctic Silver 5, there is better stuff that's non-capacitive. Try arctic cooling MX-3 or noctua NT-H1.

Two things...
1) Switch your RAM to the Cas7 version and drop the second 4GB. For gaming, there is no benefit/reason for more than 4GB of RAM. Lower timings improve the performance of your RAM.

2) Pick your self up an aftermarket cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ with the savings of running with just 4GB of RAM.

Don't forget to check the combo deals on Newegg. I believe a couple of those items have combos which give you additional savings.

Done, switched the ram, added the Cooler, and did a couple combos. Saved 125$ so far. Thanks.
