Max bandwith(pc2 5300 (333)) Need help new rams

Hi i just bought a new 1 gb ram here is it http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682... does my pc support it?? here what CPUID scan says

Max bandwith(pc2 5300(333)) ddr2 1.80V

If CPUID is reading the new RAM, the RAM must be working. You would not have gotten past POST and boot if the board couldn't use it.

OR

Are you asking if the new 1 GB matches your existing RAM as read by CPUID on your existing system? If this is the question, the new 1GB RAM matches the speed and voltage of your current RAM. The new 1 GB RAM has latencies of 5-5-5-15; you did not post the CPUID-read latencies on your existing RAM - if they are 5-5-5-15, you can install the new RAM and re-start your system.
