Help setting up a home network with two routers...

hello,

I have two wireless routers connected to each other by ethernet
(INTERNET-->BELKING( F5D8232-4)-->NETGEAR(WNDR3300) )

Is there a way to make this routers work under the same network, because i've been trying to share some folders/printers/scanners etc and cant quite manage to see the any pc or shared folder on my network...

can someone help me to set this network up?

Disable DHCP on the WNDR3300 and change the IP address to be in the range of the F5D8232-4 (IE: 192.168.2.1 & 192.168.2.2) Connect the cable from the Belkin to a local port on the Netgear.
