Plz help me to recover my partition

Hello All i am having a bog problem i had lost my 300 GB data of 2 hard disk 149 GB each. I was trying to install Linux on my PC which was having XP on it. & for that i kept 30 GB unallocated space but when installation starts it deleted all my partitions of Windows and created its own format plz help as i am not able to recover my data?

If you are lucky, linux only overwrote your boot loader and not the OS. Try booting from your XP cd and do a repair install. Other than that, I'm not sure what you can do.
