Reload bios?!

Hello,
i am not very good with computers, recently installed windows 7 on my own onto a new Motherboard with bigger RAM. just about every second day my computer would suddenly shut down to a black screan with the message: reload bios. insert usb flas to reload bios. not knowing anything aobut this, i just put it off at the wall (since reset doesnt work) then it work again. the problem thoug (apart from inconvenience and knowing that something is WRONG!) is that my Pastel pervasive engin doesn't work anymore after that happened!!! what a shlep! can anyone help me? is the problem with windows or my motherboard or my RAM?

Ok, we need a little more info on your pc,
motherboard model,processor, ram type and speed and psu make and wattage
you can try clearing cmos/reset as detailed below, it may help if you havent already done it

first step, unplug your pc from the wall/psu,
locate and remove the little cr2032 battery on your mobo, go make a coffee/tea for ten minutes,
locate your jumpers for resetting cmos,should be instructions in mobo manual if you dont have that,look for it on manf's website short the jumpers as directed
replace 2032 battery, plug pc into wall,monitor etc and try turning it on,
please report back any error messages you may get
