my PC hangs often which got 4gb of Ram,nvidia quadro fx 1500 GC,ASUS MB_A8N SIL SE,OS is window xp pro.64bit.need help to know why this is happening all of a sudden,otherwise it was running quite ok.earlier.

The first thing I would look at is heat. Clean all intakes, fans, heat sinks on everything and pull the video card and clean the dust in that. Build up of dust/dirt on the mother board can also cause heat problems. Also check the intake on the power supply for dust.

It's an older system and this could be a whole number of things. What I'd start with is re-installing windows to see if something is messed up with your OS. If that doesn't work atleast we know it's a hardware problem.

After cleaning and reinstalling the OS.
I put the my problem on this site.
And any way My MB is gone for fix.
