How can i access dos in full screen mode in windows 7

when i run my old dos program in window 7 , it gives error that full screen mode not supported and terminate the program

You will need a DOS emulator. Try http://www.dosbox.com/.

Warning...it takes some reading to get it up and running (for your favourite 90's program)....
