G41mt-d3v overclock problem

i have a g41mt-d3v with a intel core 2 duo E8200 i cant overclock the fsb more that 340mhz =2.72ghz if i increase it slightly more it fails to boot any sujetions

Nothing useful as a suggestion. THe G41 chipset can't do more than 340 mhz on ANY board. It was never meant as an enthusiast level OC capable chipset. This applies to all G series chipsets for the C2D generation, you need a P or X series for OC to work well and some FSB room.

making sure you keep an eye on the core temps increase the v core voltage to around 1.54...... it actually comes out at 1.5ish on cpuid. Dependent on memory you can then push the fsb higher. Currently have one stable at 357Mhz

I meant to type the voltage for the v core around 1.34. also change the PCI frequency from auto to around 104 MHz
