Performance is fairly similar between the two cards with the 4870 coming out a little ahead.
The 5770 is much lower power, supports DX11 and has several other nifty features, however.

Current prices from Newegg:
Least expensive 5770: $150
ONLY remaining 4870: $175
Other sites I checked are also lacking in 4870's, seems they may disappear from retail quite soon...

Thnx for reply.cn u tel me their current prices plz.
I want to buy a card which remains with me for some time and plays every game not necessary on high detail.i mainly play pes10,gta 4

The 5750 is roughly equal to the 4850 performance wise.
It is superior by having support for DX11, eyefinity and lower power usage.
Of the two, I would defiantly recommend the 5750.

Really though, with a $15 price difference between the lease expensive 5750 and 5770, you should be getting the much better performing 5770.
