--You need a Better quality PSU.Get a Corsair 400CX or OCZ Modxstream 500W.

--LGA 775 won't give you future upgrade options.
Instead get an AMD 785 mobo with Phenom II X2 550 or Athlon II X4620.

--You'll need 4GB Ram for gaming.
If you wanna save some money get 500GB Samsung F3 Spinpoint HD.

Make these changes...........

I completely agree with shubham. In this price range you should be able to afford an Athlon II or Phenom II with at least 3 cores and a better quality power supply(not more watts--a more reliable brand).

Intel has better processors at the high end--but that core2duo costs a lot. I agree with the 620/630 as a good option, but think you would be better off with at least a triple core.

You could get a Phenom II X3 2.8 ghz for $109

No, 3 gigs would be enough--but odd numbers arent a good idea when upgrading. 2gb might limit you, especially if you have other programs running like antivirus, etc.

If you are horribly poor you could get away with 2gb for a little while.. but would need to upgrade it soon.

1GB RAM is used by OS+antivirus and other processes.
That leaves you with just 1GB free for games. And games take much more memory.

3GB will also be enough but if you get 2X2 GB sticks they'll run in dual channel mode which increase the performance.
