Cpu-z i5-430M vs. Phenom II X4 810

Well, with the i5 430M, it's a mobile/laptop CPU which is a dual-core with a max frequency of 2.53GHz, whereas the Phenom II X4 810 is a quad-core desktop at 2.6Ghz, and can be overclocked to more, but the i5 430M can't, because laptop BIOSes don't support overclocking. So, I'd say go for the Phenom II X4 810. Besides, when it comes down to gaming, with a laptop you're pretty much stuck with the same graphics card forever, unless it's one of those Alienware ones where you can just stick another one in. On a desktop however, you can choose which graphics card you want, which will seriously affect your gaming performance the most.
