Why is it taking long to show icons on desktop

When ever I start my PC I find my desktop taking long time to show ICons Even after trying with System config also I face the same problem....Cna you please help me out

System config? U mean msconfig?
start>run>msconfig
Under services disable anything you don't need and isn't vital for Windows.
Under startup tab, disable anything U don't need.

Download and install CCleaner or Tune Up utilities (just google them) run cleaner.
Also try a scan with Malwarebytes, just in case.
