Which is the best 120GB SSD to get?

Hey guys , looking to find the best performing and fastest SSD in the 120GB range.
I have recently purchased a Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD and have had nothing but problesm with it , its been RMA'd already and once again its nothing but a FAIL, I get constant lock ups and lag and windows boot up and take up to 2 minutes sometimes.
I'm looking for an SSD to replace my Corsair Force 3 as it will be going in the trash can.

I will be using this drive as my boot disc.

Which brand and model should I look for?

Which controllers are usually the most reliable?

I plan on upgrading my pc in April so want a drive that I will use in my next system.

What are your recomendations?

Thanks your help and adive will be greatly appreciated as I'm so fed up and frustrated how much time and money has been wasted purchasing that damn Corsair Force 3.....never again will I but another Corsair.

Ok cool , just can't find any listed here in Australia higher than 64GB.

I'm having a look at the Intel 530 which looks like a goer , only thing I'm not sure about is what controller it uses.

My pc is for both gaming and professional work , the only work I do other than gaming is Audio recording/editing/mastering.

If reliability and stability is aconcern, then I recommend Samsung. Samsung was awarded contracts to supply Dell, Sony, Lenovo, Apple and other off the shelf brands with OEM versions of their 470 Series SATA 2 3Gb/s ssd's. Eventually the 470's were released for retail sale to consumers. There have been no major issues reported. The 470 has an absolutely stellar record.

Then Samsung released their 830 Series SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd's as successors to the 470. The first ones were OEM versions for Dell and the other off the shelf brands followed by release of retail versions for consumers. The ssd's are Samsung's own design with their own components and firmware. It looks like Samsung got it right again.
