More about intel boot agent media test failure
  1. No such thing as XP Home Ed 1998

The boot drive isn't being seen so the system is falling through to PXE. Possible causes are failed hard drive or cables aren't tight.
  2. You've likely experienced a hard drive failure and need to replace it. Hope you have backups of your data.

Cables are fine. Anything you know that might help bring back windows?
