Windows 8 drivers for samsung notebook

This will depend on the model of the samsung notebook, which you didn't tell us. Please tell us. Older machines won't have compatible 8 drivers.

Is this a new machine that came with Windows 8, or an old one that you are trying to install 8 onto? What drivers do you need - all of them, or a particular one?
