Overclocking the gtx460

i have successfully OCed this reference card
to a stable 900/1800/2100

i use 3dMark11, unigines Heaven and OCCT to verify stability

my newbie question is this:
how do i know ive pushed the memory to its limit?
am i looking for driver crashes, benchmark crash because of what, etc....

Edit: voltage is @ 1.0625
