Following are my system specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53 GHz
2.75GB RAM
Mobo: Gigabyte 945GCM-S2L
Nvidia Geforce G210 1GB graphics card
250GB HDD
Stock Intel cooler

I wish to overclock my cpu to 3.0 GHz to increase performance. Will i require a cooler for this? If yes, then please suggest

The stock cooler is really only good for stock settings and when you overclock you have to get rid of more heat so a better heatsink/fan is needed.
