Cant figure memory upgrade out

It seems like there is such a huge variety in types of memory and I cant seem to figure it out.

I have a dimension E310 with this memory in it currently:

Better yet, go to Crucial.com and use their memory upgrade tool. You don't have to buy the RAM from Crucial, but you'll see what is compatible for your system. Just be mindful of the density (GB) limitation, as Crucial's tool doesn't always take that into account when recommending RAM.

Is crucial brand a solid brand for buying RAM?

they have a 1gb stick for 25 which is the pricepoint i was looking for so I will go ahead and buy it as long as its not poor quality.
