Any suggestions out there on the best SLI MB to run a couple of GTX 465's. I am considering the MSI NF980-G65 AM3 NVIDIA nForce 980a. Thanks

If you haven't bought those GTX 465s, I suggest you don't, buy GTX 460s instead. Otherwise never mind. If this is for AMD, then the MSI NF980-G65 is probably the best board.

lol if you wanna go tri sli on someones ass, then you should get 465, otherwise as he sated 460 is best for SLI. if you want to play on 1920x1080 or above resolutions and on high then get the tri, still two gtx4601gigs are good enough, really good enough.

Are there any good AMD SLI boards that are a little lower in cost?

Does that board run dual 8's, or is it one of those lame 16x/4x boards?

^it supports x8/x8. and if you don't like something, you cant say its lame. nor MSI is forcing you to buy it.
