SSD Battle!!!

I'll buy an ssd and I've narrowed down my options to these and I wanted to see which one of these do you personally prefer?

I prefer the Crucial m4 but before I chose that drive I had chosen the OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS. Either one of those two.

I have two Vertex 2 drives and one Vertex 3 with the newest firmware. No problems with any of them.

None these are all worse than the Mushkin Chronos Deluxe 120gb. This is by far better than the max IOPS edition. This also has the more expensive Toshiba Nand chip for a much longer lifespan than the ocz vertex 3 ssd's.

I think the Samsung is the best-quality drive, but there are others available at far lower prices. I've recently been favoring the 120gb Patriot Pyro, which is quite fast and $145 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220603

Everyone has their own personal favorites.

If reliability and stability is a major concern, then Samsung is worth considering. Samsung was awarded contracts to supply Dell, Sony, Lenovo, Apple and other off the shelf brands with OEM versions of their 470 Series SATA 2 3Gb/s ssd's. Eventually the 470's were released for retail sale to consumers. There have been no major issues reported. The 470 has an absolutely stellar record.

Then Samsung released their 830 Series SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd's as successors to the 470. The first ones were OEM versions for Dell and the other off the shelf brands followed by release of retail versions for consumers. The ssd's are Samsung's own design with their own components and firmware. It looks like Samsung got it right again.
