I do most of my work on a workstation in the office, but I
occasionally need to work remotely such as visiting client offices or
going on vacation.

I would like to be able to copy all or most of my workstation system
to the laptop automatically, then sync up when I return.

I would also like to use the laptop as a test machine where I can
install all kinds of junk, the trash everything and start over. After
a restart, I would like to recreate the copy of the workstation on the
laotop.

Is there any easy or semi-automatic way to do this?

I am running Windows XP, Office XP, and about a dozen other
applications.

Thanks
