File i386 kdcom.dll could not be loaded error code is 7

I am trying to load Windows XP pro and got the following: file\i386\kdcom.dll could not be loaded. The error code is 7.

I have a similar error , i searched for hours on the internet and ended up downloading a dll repair package from http://www.dllerrorrepair.net
which fixed it finally , hope this helps.
