9800GT reccomends a 400w psu which is cutting it very close. What kind of cpu and how many harddrives are you running?

Reply to paperfox

If your PSU has 26A on the 12V rail(s) you should be fine.
For PC with 1 HDD and dual core CPU, 25A will be enough.
Playing Crysis with high settings for 1 hour continuously with no weird effects happening on your PC is also a good indication for stability.

I should say that is the only difference.
