Phenom 965 on Fortron 400W and ASrock N68-S

Hello,
I'm planning to buy Phenom II x4 965:

I need to know if it's gonna work stable and is it gonna be overclockable at all atleast a bit on this PSU:

And this mobo:

As you can see Phenom 965 works on 125W and preferably on 8pin CPU connector but this CPU and mobo both have only 4pin CPU connector.

Yes it will run well with that PSU and you can Overclock also.

BTW Do you have a GPU?

Yes, I have 9600GT so 400w will be enough.
