Voip setting for VPN

I'm trying to use Rynga VoIp software to make international call. I connect to internet by a VPN connection. but the software don't connect!!! can anyone help me on this???

probably your vpn doesnt allow voip. if you use windows network normaly it should work but your vpn "server" should have tcp/udp, ipsec enabled and voip enable or if you connect directly to a remote router it should have voip capabilities over vpn wich i think it will probably not have. best advice is talk to the it guy that manages the vpn
