remove Winamp toolbar from top of my desktop

How do I remove the Winamp toolbar from the top of my desktop?
I uninstalled the program itself via the Control Panel, but the
annoying toolbar remains at the top of my desktop--even after I temporarily remove it by clicking off the toolbar check mark that keeps reappearing.

Try deleting your internet cache & see if it goes away.
