Literally in the middle of a build &..........

I am installing the mobo and i have all the spacers in but do i need to ground the mobo???? if so how????

Just install the standoffs in the appropriate locations, and screw the motherboard into the standoffs. The PCB the motherboard is built on has the ground points at the mounting points, so just screwing it down grounds it.
