Thoughts about MSI Liveupdate

Just got finished with my build, everything worked fine, but I was wondering if downloading MSI Liveupdate is recommended for my videocard and overall system.

Specs:
i7-930 Quad-core
Asus P6X58D-E
MSI Cyclone GTX 460 1gb
6gb Corsair XMS3 RAM
1tb Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
