Ok, Im currently building a system and ive purchased a Phenom II 1100T and a Corsair H100, Im wondering how much will I be able to push the CPU to overclocking wise when the rig is fully built?

Thanks.

Great cooling means you can feed more voltage. However more voltage doesn't guarantee any particular max speed. It varies from chip to chip.

If I had to guess, I would say 4Ghz, give or take a few 100Mhz.

My cooling in my systems pretty much the following: Front 200mm fan, Rear 120mm fan, PCI Exhaust Slot Fan, Side 200mm fan. The H100 is top mounted and will have a quad fan configuration dual push/pull, 2 fans each side.

You have plenty of cooling and a beefy motherboard. If you aren't worried about shortening your CPU's lifespan, bump the voltage to ~1.45 and then increase the multiplier until you get unstable. Then back off a couple hundred Mhz.

Even though your cooling sounds good, you should still stress test and watch temps to be sure things are within spec.
