my HP server gives me problems when i want to login, it says user name or password incorrect. it then logs in after i've tried it for like two hours

I think the first place I would start here is Administrative Tools > Event Viewer to see what kind of errors you may be getting which may give a clue as to what is going on.
In the mean time, you might want to try another keyboard just in case the keys aren't working as they should and make sure you use a keyboard with a PS/2 plug.
