HELP AMD STUCK ON 2.8 GHZ

what title says I over clocked up to 3 ghz tried to go to 3.2 and it clocked itself back now no matter what I do it's always on 2.8 ghz please help

Never mind I posted this and then I turned my computer off then on and now it works
