PSU for i7 860

I am looking for a PSU range 450 w - 600w with GOLD certified and very low NOISE. 5 year .
I will use I7 860 , RAM 4GBYTE , VIDEO CARD HD5670 , HD 2TBYTE, MB GigaByte P55A-UD3.
I need help also for the right case (again low noise)

The official power requirements for that card are a minimum 400W PSU for a single card system or a minimum 500W PSU for a dual-card configuaration. I guess for the small difference in power output you had just as well go for the 500W at least since this will give you more headroom in the future if you wish to upgrade.

However, saying that the best-looking PSU that is GOLD certified like you specified seems to be the Seasonic X650 which is a very good PSU:

About the case, buy this one if you can afford the price (it's very expensive, +300€). In my opinion, nowadays the best case.

Seasonic = My #1 favorite for energy efficiency, and the X650 is a superb model.

However, 650w may be a little overkill for you, but if you don't mind spending the extra money on a Gold cert. then I'm sure you won't mind the extra wattage for capacitor aging. (meaning it'll last you longer)

Another vote for the Seasonic X-650 gold. I've got one in my newest personal pc. The psu is definitely quiet and voltages are rocky steady.

Currently there are no gold certified low wattage power supplies available. All nine if them are 600 watts or higher.

I am from ISRAEL.
It seems that this wonderfull PS are not available.
So I consider CORSAIR PS HX or VX .
I see all advantgae to HX520W over VX550 : modular+ less noisy + better efficiency
