I assume that you want to partition the drive for another OS or some other purpose the answer is yes. Only you can't do it while in windows. Look up Hiren's rescue CD on google. There is a disk partitioning tool on the disk that you can use. You simply boot to the disk and partition it however you like. However, if you going to partition it anyway. You can specify the size of the OS partition when your installing windows that way you wont have to re-partition it when you make the new one.
