7670m overclocking help

First off yes i know it's a laptop but i know people have gotten the core clock to 780 without blue screening. i can get up to about 680 or so. if i go higher i get bsod116. Any tips on how to overclock higher is there something im doing wrong?

specs: A6-4400m
7670m
8gb 1333mhz
500gb hd

You will probably need faster ram for overclock. You will need at least 1600mhz ram to overclock effectively. I have an A10, 7670M, and G.Skill 1600 ram.

I got it up to 780 without blue screening.

i just tried to OC to 725 (with g skill 1600 8gb) it didnt bsod but amd driver stopped working /:

good new everyone! It appears im now stable at 700 core clock be fore i could only get to 660 (nvm it still blue screened. idk whats wrong everyone else can overclock the card fine ): )

no and also im getting poor performance in bf3. always have even with everything on low any help there at least? ive seen other people run it fine im just not sure

Did you check the clock speeds?

Strange, my new Vaio had this and a hd 4000 and I am able to get to 850 w/o crashing.
