PCI-e SSD boot

Thinking about OCZ Revodrive which resides in a PCI-e slot. How can I tell if any MB allows boots from this buss? I currently use an old Striker II Formula and the bios settings don't show an option for this and the manual makes no mention of this. I guess a new MB is in order. This changes the ultimate cost/GB of this SSD option, doesn't it.
