would like to get rid of some wires around the house.. whats are the
cheapest options for wireless connectivity to the replay units?
802.11b is fine.. havent switched to a g router yet anyways..
Ive seen some wireless bridges on ebay relatively inexpensive
but are there any easier, cheaper, options for ethernet to wireless?

Consider the cost, and not just the money. Wireless alternitives are
considerably more complex, and so less reliable (and less "secure" ).

complexity is not an issue

either.
