$750 budget for new build

Hello,
I want to build a new system with a budget of approximately $750 not counting the Window 7 home premium.
I mostly use the system for things like photos ,dvd video's & surfing right now.
I do however plan to start gaming so I want to make sure I'm equipped for that as well.
I already have a Dell 22 inch LCD flat panel monitor.

Can I build a decent system on this kind of a budget ??
Any Component ideas ?

Optical: Cheapest SATA DVD burner $24

PSU: OCZ Z-Series OCZZ650 650W $90 after rebate
GPU: HD 5770 $155 after rebate

Total: $742. That's assuming you don't need a monitor or anything else outside the tower.

Build date is within 2 months
I would prefer to get everything from Newegg.com
I need everything except the tower,mouse,& keyboard.

GPU: HD 5850 $270 w/ promo code

Total: $763.
