Gaming with dell xpx?

Hello, Is the dell xpx with an i5 750, 8g of ddr3 ram and a 4350 512 card good enough for gaming?

CPU and RAM are fine but VGA isn't,HD 4350 is a low-end card for gaming,so i would definitely recommend you upgrading it if you want to play games.

All else is more than fine, except video card.
I would recommend youto upgrade your video card to at least 4650 or even 4670
4670 is around $65 and 4650 is around $50
4670 will give you good performance up to 1680x1050
and
4650 will give you good performance up to 1280x1024

No. The Radeon 4350 is only good for playing older games from around 2006 or so. For newer games you certainly need a better video card.

I would go with the 4670 even if on a 1280x1024 screen simply so theres a bit of monitor upgrade room in the future.

I was very glad I had my 8800GS (768mb) over my old 2600XT when I got my 1600X900 monitor =) I didn't even plan to get the monitor it was spur the moment and if I had suck with the 2600XT then I would have to run virtually all my games at 1280X720 for decent performance.
