Gigabytes H61m-D2H overclock Intel i5 2500k

Hello Everyone.


I have recently purchased a Intel i5 2500K processor.

I have been reading lots of post online about how you can overclock your processor, but I am not sure if I am able to overclock on my current motherboard.

My system specification are:

CiC Mars red 750W - Pc case
4GB ram 1333MHZ - RAM
1TB hard drive -
Gigabytes H61M-D2H-USB3 - Motherboard.
Intel i5 2500k - Processor - stock fan

Is there any chance, I can overclock my CPU on this system?

Unfortunately not. No CPU overclocks at all on a H61 board.

Guess I will have to change my motherboard.
