I'm about to put together a new computer and I just wanted to run the parts through the community here and make sure everything checks out. Two questions: One, should I have them add a fan in the case or will I not need it. Two, will I be able to run a video card along side of the IGPU on this mother board? I want to be able to run a monitor as well as a tv at the same time, and just wanted to make sure that would all work out. I will have the information on the GPU later tonight if that is needed.

Here is a list of the parts:

I like this MOBO & RAM combo better than the MOBO and RAM you have listed... http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.314692

I would spend an extra $10 and get a better & faster hard drive... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181

One: I would look to add at a min a rear fan to the case and would recommend adding a front fan to the case to help push / pull air through the case.
Two: You should be able to use both the IGPU and GPU for your system.

Did you mean Antec 300?? If not, post a link to the Antec 900 for $59, so I can buy the case as a spear for any future builds.

It looks like the OP wants a micro-ATX case. I like the cheap Rosewill cases, but I would recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147111 because it already includes a 120mm rear fan. I believe that (or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147112 ) is the one I used for a build for my brother-in-law's family in El Salvador. My wife took it to them in her luggage last year, and it survived the flight and airport baggage handlers just fine.
