No monitor display.

When i installed the a new graphic card and the monitor stayed black.
when i put the old one back in the monitor worked.
Than i tried the new one again and it didn't work.
when i put the old one in again it didn't work.
All the fans are on but no display.
I spent 3-5 hours taking out the jumper and battery, taking out the cards and trying them again and again.
But i can't solve it.
please please help.

Does your new GPU require one (or two power cables) from the PSU? Are they connected?

1 and i connected that.
there is no beep by the way.
i removed the ram,gpu, and hd but it doesn't beep.
