Attempting to set up desktop as dual monitor so I can watch videos on hdtv
Graphics on board is nForce 750a SLI
Also has Nvidia GeForce 6600 PCI-e set as primary display.
Is it possible to use both? Really want to use the hdmi on board output connector

I don't think so.. Unless of course your board features some sort of hybrid graphics.. Your 6600GT should be able to support two monitors by itself i guess..
